About Christina
Complex-care support · patient and caregiver education · ten Health Buckets
Christina Wehmer supports individuals and families navigating complex health information, competing recommendations, multiple appointments, and difficult decisions.
She helps clients better understand clinician-directed recommendations, prepare thoughtful questions for appointments, organize health information, and follow through with practical next steps between visits. Her support is especially helpful for individuals and caregivers who feel overwhelmed by the number of therapies, recommendations, appointments, and responsibilities they are trying to manage.
Rather than treating each concern as an isolated problem, Christina helps clients understand how these areas interact — and where focused, realistic changes may provide the greatest support.
She brings practitioner-level training in metabolic health, patient education, and complex-care support, along with more than 25 years of experience in education, communication, information organization, and client-centered support. She has trained with Dr. Nasha Winters in the metabolic terrain approach and has been mentored by Dr. Paul Pitchford, author of Healing with Whole Foods.
Care, patience, and respect
Christina's faith quietly informs the care, patience, and respect she brings to her work. Harmony Pathways welcomes people of every background and belief.
She believes in discernment before effort — honest uncertainty, and support that helps you hear your own priorities rather than adding another louder voice.
